Explanation of the Judgment / Case Law

In the case of 2023 Y LR 1752 [Lahore], pertaining to the Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898), Section 30 was under consideration. Section 30 of the Criminal Procedure Code deals with the power of a Magistrate.
