Latest Judgment of Supreme Court of Pakistan that ASI is not Authorised to investigate in murder case 302

As per the law, ASI is not authorized to investigate the murder case falling within the ambit of Section 302 PPC. Supreme Court of Pakistan said in its 1st judgment 2023 i.e. 2023 SCMR 290.
